1. How can I place my Qurbani order?
- You can place your order directly through our website or by contacting our official representatives. Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation message from our team.
2. How do I know my Qurbani is performed according to Shariah guidelines?
All sacrifices at Meat Pro are carried out strictly in accordance with Shariah principles. Our trained butchers and staff ensure proper selection, handling, and execution of every Qurbani.
3. When should I book my Qurbani?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Bookings close 10 days before Eid or earlier if all slots are filled. Early booking ensures your sacrifice is performed on your preferred day.
4. Can I select the animal for my Qurbani?
Yes, you can choose from our available options based on type, weight, and price category. All animals are inspected to ensure they meet the health and Shariah requirements.
5. How will the meat be delivered?
Your meat will be hygienically processed, securely packed, and delivered to your provided address. We strive to ensure timely delivery, though delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or Eid operational challenges.
6. Do you deliver outside my city?
Currently, Meat Pro delivers within selected areas. You can check service availability during checkout or by contacting our support team.
7. Can I cancel my booking?
Once confirmed, bookings cannot be canceled. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances (such as unavailability of animals), we will provide an alternative or issue a refund as per our Cancellation Policy.
8. When will I receive my refund (if applicable)?
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days through your original payment method.
9. How do you ensure hygiene and quality?
We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols at every stage — from animal selection and slaughter to processing, packaging, and delivery. Our facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
10. What should I do if my delivery is delayed or incomplete?

11. Do you offer charity or meat donation options?
Yes! You can choose to donate part or all of your Qurbani meat to registered charitable organizations through Meat Pro. Simply write you message in message box during booking .
