By booking your Qurbani with Qurbani Pro, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. BOOKING & PAYMENTS
All bookings must be made online or through our official representatives.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order.
Bookings will close 5 days prior to Eid or earlier if slots are filled.
2. QURBANI EXECUTION
All sacrifices will be performed strictly in accordance with Shariah guidelines.
Animals are selected based on health, age, and fitness criteria suitable for Qurbani.
Our trained staff ensures skilled and ethical execution.
3. MEAT DISTRIBUTION & DELIVERY
Meat will be hygienically processed, properly packed, and delivered within the committed timeline.
Delivery timings may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational challenges during Eid days.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unavailability of animals), Qurbani Pro reserves the right to provide an alternative or issue a refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must ensure that the provided contact and delivery information is correct.
Qurbani Pro is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable contact numbers.
6. LIABILITY
Qurbani Pro ensures the highest standards of hygiene, animal welfare, and Shariah compliance.
However, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or transport challenges.
